Cancellation & Deposit Policy
In order to book appointments, we require a $50 deposit to be taken at the time of booking.
We understand that sometimes you are unable to make scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
However, due to the high demand for appointments we require patients to reschedule or cancel their appointments with at least 24hrs notice for a scheduled visit.
If you are a no show or fail to reschedule without giving 24hours notice we will take a $50 fee from the deposit placed.
Therefore, a new deposit must be made when you reschedule.
We will do our best to ensure that your appointment is confirmed 24 hours in advance, however, ultimately the appointment is the responsibility of the patient.
