The safety and health of our patients, their families and our dentists and employees is of paramount importance to us.
We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 Pandemic on a daily basis and have been abiding by World Health Organisation recommendations as well as those of Australia’s Chief Medical Officer.
To ensure the safe provision of dental services, our clinics remain open with additional precautionary measures.
Our infection control measures include but are not limited to:
Universal Standard Infection Control Procedures
Daily disinfection of all surfaces within the clinic
Provision of hand sanitizers for all patients and their family members
Social distancing in the practice and waiting rooms
We have also asked our patients to reschedule or cancel appointments if they are exhibiting any cold or flu-like symptoms pending COVID testing
Please inform our front office staff if:
You have been in direct contact with a confirmed Covid-19 case or have been in a confirmed outbreak area and have been advised to self-isolate
Are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms including: Fever, cough, shortness of breath
Have returned from overseas or have travelled from Victoria in the last 14 days.
